Hello, it’s nice to meet you digitally! My name is Rachele, and I have been a mar-tech professional for over twenty-five years. My career started in technology just as the world-wide-web was taking off. A few years into my career working with Allstate Insurance, I transitioned to Digital Marketing.

I am a hands-on senior-level business professional with twenty years of experience- the bulk of that experience being within the marketing and advertising side of business, and I follow that with over ten years of operational experience. I possess a strong understanding of content strategy, SEO/SEM/SMM, and marketing automation. I have a great deal of experience in strategically planning, delivering, and measuring digital and traditional marketing campaigns and initiatives.

I have worked with big brands, large to medium sized corporations, franchise systems & franchisees, start-ups, non-profits, and many locally owned small businesses. I have experience within the insurance and financial industries as well as real estate, construction, IT, food & beverage, as well as the retail product (brick and mortar + e-commerce) and manufacturing Industries.

I am powerhouse employee because I can reduce costs while increasing revenue through technology, efficiency, proper planning, as well as one of my best talents; which is to identify other talented individuals, lead coach and motivate them and build talented teams. I am effective as a manager and can collaborate in large groups as well as small teams.

I have a strong history of proven results in both traditional and digital marketing mediums. I am very acclimated with creating a results-driven marketing plan based on analyzing in-depth data. I follow that up with my background in business management, technology,  computer programming,  graphic and web design, as well as commercial photography. I enjoy meaningful work that allows me to grow both personally and professionally while still achieving work-life balance.

We all have values that define who we are. They serve as a baseline for the decisions we make, the actions we take, and the people we surround ourselves with.

Core values set the tone of your organization. They are the underlying foundation and character of your business and the people in it. It is important to me personally that the organizations I associate myself with closely reflect and match my own.

what is a marketing unicorn?

Creativity, Adaptability and Collaboration are all among the top five most sought-after skills for businesses worldwide this year. In fact, Creativity has been number one for the last three years. Analytics, meanwhile, is linked to two of the most in-demand technical skills for 2023: Analytical Reasoning (the ability to think strategically on the basis of data) and Business Analytics (the ability to use data-driven analysis to decode what your organisation’s goals should be).

Unicorn marketers don’t just have in-demand skills, though. They are also hybrid marketers, able to apply these skills to a range of different B2B marketing channels and tactics. They are able to build coherent strategies for how they use content marketing, social media and mobile to further their goals. They know the technical details of search engine optimization (SEO), link-building and campaign analytics.

I’m seeking a full-time permanently remote position for better work/life balance, additional opportunities for career growth through learning seminars and other development initiatives. I’m also very attracted to companies that operate based on core values that closely reflect my own. I am currently in the 100-150K range. I am not opposed to working independently as a one-in-all, or with a team of individuals in which I would lead, manage, and coach.

I am currently in the 100-150K range.

Unfortunately, no. I have been working remotely pre-pandemic for almost about 8 years now and feel that I’m much more productive with omitting travel.

Yes, however my intent is to work directly for a company.

I would have to say that at this point,

My greatest strength is my ability to quickly adapt in today’s technology driven marketing realm. I have multiple disciplines, and this makes me unique as I have greater strength in project managing, team motivating, and making powerful, impactful marketing initiatives work better through data harnessing and sheer business acumen.

I’m not looking for another boss… I’m looking for a partner. Someone who will contribute to my success, that will motivate me to contribute to theirs. I don’t want to simply “rent” my skillset to someone who just needs me to “do the work”. I want to work with a company that will invest in further developing my skillset by allowing me to contribute to purposeful work. I’m not interested in being micro-managed or left to my own devices. I want to work with people who are engaged and present. I am conducting my job search in the efforts of meeting my above requirements, but also to achieve a better work-life balance, something I have been devoid of for a very long time.

I possess a strong understanding of content strategy, SEO/SEM/SMM, and marketing automation. I have a great deal of experience in strategically planning, delivering, and measuring digital and traditional marketing campaigns and initiatives.
