My journey in technology began as the World Wide Web was gaining momentum, and I later shifted to Digital Marketing after several years of working with Allstate Insurance.
I bring a wealth of expertise as a hands-on senior-level business professional, with 27 years of marketing and advertising experience and over 15 years of operational experience. What type of position are you seeking?
I’m seeking a full-time permanently remote position for better work/life balance, additional opportunities for career growth through learning seminars and other development initiatives. I’m also very attracted to companies that operate based on core values that closely reflect my own. I am currently in the 100-150K range. I am not opposed to working independently as a one-in-all, or with a team of individuals in which I would lead, manage, and coach.
What is your expected salary range?
My current compensation expectations fall within the 100-150K range.

My greatest strength is my ability to quickly adapt in today’s technology driven marketing realm. I have multiple disciplines, and this makes me unique as I have greater strength in project managing, team motivating, and making powerful, impactful marketing initiatives work better through data harnessing and sheer business acumen.

I am seeking a collaborative relationship rather than a hierarchical one. I am looking for a supportive partner who will invest in my growth and success, not just utilize my skillset. I value an environment free of excessive bureaucracy and fear-based leadership. I am eager to contribute to meaningful work and further develop my skillset, but I do not desire either constant micromanagement or complete autonomy. I am searching for a balance of engagement and trust that will allow me to thrive both professionally and personally.

Managing teams is not a one-size-fits-all approach and requires a unique approach for each team and task. My preferred management style involves promoting an open forum for idea exchange before making decisions through majority rule, which empowers my team to take ownership of outcomes and fosters engagement, innovation, and creativity.
