Greetings, it’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance in the digital realm. I am Rachele, a seasoned mar-tech professional driven by results, powered by analytics. My journey in technology began as the World Wide Web was gaining momentum, and I later shifted to Digital Marketing after several years of working with Allstate Insurance.

I bring a wealth of expertise as a hands-on senior-level business professional, with 27 years of marketing and advertising experience and over 15 years of operational experience. My strong understanding of content strategy, SEO/SEM/SMM, and marketing automation enables me to strategically plan, deliver, and measure the success of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with an array of organizations, including big brands, large to medium-sized corporations, franchise systems & franchisees, startups, non-profits, and locally owned small businesses. My extensive experience across a range of industries, including insurance, financial services, real estate, construction, IT, food & beverage, retail products, and manufacturing, positions me as a versatile and valuable addition to any team.

As a powerhouse employee, I am capable of reducing costs and increasing revenue through technology, efficiency, proper planning, and my talent for identifying, leading, and motivating talented individuals. I excel as a manager, and my ability to collaborate effectively in both large groups and small teams is well-established.

I’m seeking a full-time permanently remote position for better work/life balance, additional opportunities for career growth through learning seminars and other development initiatives. I’m also very attracted to companies that operate based on core values that closely reflect my own. I am currently in the 100-150K range. I am not opposed to working independently as a one-in-all, or with a team of individuals in which I would lead, manage, and coach.  

 My current compensation expectations fall within the 100-150K range.

Unfortunately, the answer is no. I have been working remotely for nearly 10 years prior to the pandemic, and have found that it greatly improves my productivity. However, I am willing to travel for work-related conferences and periodic meetings, such as semi-annual and quarterly gatherings.

Yes, however my intent is to work directly for a company.

My greatest strength is my ability to quickly adapt in today’s technology driven marketing realm.
